Brief

Build and develop Pipedrive’s Product Design and Research function and team.

What I did

Differently from most past projects, this one was mostly about leadership and less about hands-on work. Such work is harder to frame in project/portfolio terms, but I do believe it is possible.

As a leader, I dealt with many typical corporate functions as well as some design specifics. I structured my work into People, Process and Product areas, and there were many tracks and subprojects in all of them.
